The recent days have not been kind to the Nets. This past week, starting in Chicago where they won, the focus was on rookie Terrence Williams for negative posts on Twitter. Guard Rafer Alston chastised the rookie for not seeking veteran advice. Alston then after a loss at home stressed teammates hang their heads when things get rough.

And you can go back. Before the win that ended the historically bad start, second-year player Chris Douglas-Roberts questioned the team's heart and toughness. Every day, it seems, brings a new crisis. And now Harris suggests the team is beset with a clique mentality.

"You see a lot of guys in their comfort zone right now. We need guys to step out of their comfort zone and really pull together especially in times like this," Harris said.

PACERS 107 NETS 91: The Pacers were without their best player, forward Danny Granger, but received career scoring nights from rookie Tyler Hansbrough and Roy Hibbert. The Nets' offense was stagnant and shot .363. The turnovers outnumbered assists. And so the Nets started a three-game road trip in horrific fashion as they fell to 2-21 overall and 2-3 under interim coach Kiki Vandeweghe.
