New Jersey Nets Roster Report 2009-11-27

New Jersey Nets Roster Report 2009-11-27ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Rafer Alston, Shooting guard Chris Douglas-Roberts, Small forward Trenton Hassell, Power forward Josh Boone, Center Brook Lopez. Bench -- Guard Devin Harris, Forward Terrence Williams, Guard Courtney Lee, Forward Bobby Simmons, Center Sean Williams.

PLAYER NOTES:

--C Brook Lopez had a brutally bad game Tuesday in Denver. So Wednesday, after talking with teammates and assistant coach Roy Rogers about being more aggressive, Lopez scored a career high 32 points and grabbed 14 rebounds. Ten of his rebounds came on offense, which ties an NBA high this season.

--G Courtney Lee is working himself back into the rotation after sitting seven games with a strained groin. Lee made his first appearance Tuesday. On Wednesday, he played just 10 minutes, missing his only shot.

--G Devin Harris came off the bench for a third straight game Wednesday in Portland and played 24 minutes and scored six points. Harris is expected to start Friday when the Nets seek their first win in their 16th game, at Sacramento. "My wind and timing still aren't where I'd like but it's good enough," Harris said.

MEDICAL WATCH:

--F Eduardo Najera is out indefinitely with a sore lower back. He has missed five games and is not on the Nets' western trip.

--F Yi Jianlian is out with a sprained right knee. He will miss several more weeks.

--F Jarvis Hayes remains out indefinitely since straining his hamstring in the season opener.

--G Keyon Dooling (hip surgery rehab) underwent an arthroscopic procedure after last season. His return has been delayed until early December.

--F/C Tony Battie is considered day-to-day. He has been out since preseason with a sore right knee.
