New Jersey Nets Roster Report 2009-03-30
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard Devin Harris, Shooting guard Vince Carter, Small forward Trenton Hassell, Power forward Ryan Anderson, Center Brook Lopez. Bench -- Guard Keyon Dooling, Forward Jarvis Hayes, Forward Bobby Simmons, Center Josh Boone, Guard Chris Douglas-Roberts.

--F Yi Jianlian who was dropped from the rotation Friday against the Lakers, made a sudden and unplanned return Sunday at Minnesota. When bench forwards Bobby Simmons (back) and Jarvis Hayes (birth of first child) were scratched, Yi was summoned. The second-year forward continued with his struggling shooting -- 3-of-9 -- but he did score 10 points, only his second double-figure scoring game since the All-Star break.

--G Vince Carter scored 36 points Sunday against Minnesota, his fourth straight game of 20 or more points and his seventh in the past eight with three games of at least 32 points. In those eight games, Carter has averaged 27.5 points.

--C Brook Lopez was one rebound away from his 15th double-double of the season Sunday when he scored 10 points and grabbed 9 boards at Minnesota. His 15th will tie Mike Gminski's mark for double-doubles by a Nets rookie center. And Lopez got to see the rookie leader in the category Sunday when the T-Wolves' Kevin Love had 16 points and 11 rebounds for his 24th double-double of the season.

--F Eduardo Najera is through for the season after undergoing successful sports hernia surgery Mar. 13.
